How CINOX handles the details you share with us.
Project enquiries
The contact form requires only your name; service, budget and project details are optional. It does not ask for your email address. The form prepares an email draft on your device using the details you choose to enter. The website does not submit or save the form. Your email app sends the enquiry only when you press Send there. CINOX uses received emails to discuss and respond to your project. The form does not take payment or confirm a booking.
Your email
When you send the draft, your email app includes your sender address so CINOX can reply. Your email provider handles that message under its own privacy terms. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in a project enquiry.
Videos and social links
Full external video players load only after you open a project or choose to watch. Optional short, muted project previews may load when you hover or focus a card on desktop. Providers such as Google Drive, YouTube and Vimeo may use their own cookies and process connection information according to their privacy policies. Social profiles open only when you follow their links.
Website behaviour
CINOX adds no advertising trackers or analytics scripts. The private studio uses the hosting platform’s ChatGPT authentication and its necessary cookies. Motion preferences are respected.
Client reviews
Reviews are manually added using the client’s original words and available display details. Each card shows the selected review platform; no review link is required.
